Bio: Hailing from Florence, Chef Fabio Viviani has opened numerous restaurants in his home country, as well as in the US. He continues to make a name for himself with an upcoming seafood delivery service Lobster by Fabio, to launch late 2016, and a new restaurant Portico by Fabio Viviani, to open early 2017.
Perhaps best known for his television debut on Bravo’s Top Chef, Viviani has since made appearances on broadcasts like Good Morning America. Off-screen, he has authored three successful cookbooks, one of which put him on the New York Times Best-Seller list. In Spring 2017, he plans to release a fourth cookbook, 30-Minute Italian. Aside from his passion for food, Viviani also recently launched his Know-How Leadership Academy, an online educational platform providing free guides and courses for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
